YOU DESERVE ONE MORE RUN

YOU DESERVE ONE MORE RUN

As I was organising my stuff last evening I came across these.
My old pair of shoes. And I chose them. Over four other much younger, fitter and beautiful pairs.
Wanna know why?
Coz they felt like me.
Worn out, Tired, Lost and Rejected.
And I wanted to say to them
“No! Its not over yet for you. You’ve still got it. YOU DESERVE ONE MORE RUN..!”

It is amazing how much running can make you feel better! Take those old shoes out again and again, and keep the blog going!!

I’m so not ready for running yet! My knees and ankles could not handle it at this point. But soon! And congrats to you and your tired, beautiful sneakers! 🙂

I have a hard time letting go of old running shoes. You both go through so much together. I have a box full of them in my storage space. I may have to pull them all out and give them all one last run. Thank you.
